REFUND POLICY

1. ARTISANAL PRODUCTION & ALL SALES FINAL

Because each firefighter resin lamp is handmade with detailed craftsmanship and involves a mandatory production and drying process, all sales are considered final once an order is placed. By purchasing, the customer expressly acknowledges they are buying a custom-made, made-to-order item and accepts the production timelines and process described in our Shipping Policy and Terms of Service.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and work toward a suitable solution.

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, it enters our automated processing system. Cancellations are permitted only within the first 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the item enters the "Production & Drying Phase," costs are incurred, and the order cannot be canceled or modified.

4. DELIVERY TIMELINES & DISPUTES

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to a total delivery window of up to 30–35 business days. A delay within this window is a standard part of our artisanal process and does not constitute a breach of contract or a valid reason for a refund or chargeback.

5. VISUAL VARIATIONS

Slight variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent to the handmade process. These are not considered defects and do not qualify as grounds for a return or refund.

6. RIGHT TO CANCEL (OUR DISCRETION)

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, description errors, or extreme logistical costs. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
