SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for supporting our handmade creations. Every firefighter resin lamp is individually crafted with care and attention to detail before shipment.
1. ARTISANAL PRODUCTION & MADE-TO-ORDER NATURE
All our products are crafted upon order. Due to the artisanal nature of our items, which involves specific design, crafting, and a mandatory drying process to ensure material stability and quality, each piece requires a dedicated production timeline. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges that they are buying a custom-made item, not a mass-produced stock product.
2. ESTIMATED TIMELINES & FULFILLMENT EXPECTATIONS
Due to high demand and the meticulous handcrafted nature of our products, our current production queue is extended. To maintain our quality standards, the following mandatory timelines apply to all current orders:
- Processing & Creative Design: 3–5 business days
- Handcrafted Production & Drying Phase: Up to 15 business days
- International Shipping & Logistics: 8–12 business days
Total Delivery Window: By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to a total delivery window of up to 30–35 business days. Given the current volume of orders, we do not guarantee "expedited" delivery. A delay within this 35-business-day window is a standard part of our artisanal process and does not constitute a breach of contract or a valid reason for a refund or chargeback.
3. VISUAL REPRESENTATIONS & AI ASSISTANCE
We use high-end digital technology and AI-assisted creative previews to showcase the artistic potential and aesthetic details of our products. These images are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for 100% accuracy, the final physical product may have slight variations in texture or color tone due to the artisanal manufacturing process.
4. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available so you can monitor your delivery status.
5. CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
6. DELAYS
Occasional shipping delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control. A delay within the stated delivery window is a standard part of our process and does not qualify as grounds for a refund or dispute.
7. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
8. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you appropriately.
